Facilities Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Planning recurring maintenance schedules for the facilities and building equipment.
- Work with maintenance personnel and contractors to ensure duties are completed safely, effectively and within standard.
- Develop strategies to improve overall reliability and safety of facility, personnel and processes.
- Manage and respond to emergency calls and oversee time-critical repairs.
- Plan and oversee execution of audits, routine maintenance and improvement projects for facility and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with required building codes such as OSHA, Fire Code, GMP, as relates to the facility.
- Oversee building security, cleaning, and pest control service providers.
- Build and maintain quality relationships with key customer stakeholders, internal team members, and external partner service providers.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Facilities Management
Experience with ISO 27001 Certification
Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations and compliance requirements
Experience conducting risk assessments and safety audits
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
Experience with facilities management, including maintenance, security, and vendor management
Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices and initiatives
Certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Facilities Management Professional (FMP) are a plus
Experience managing a GMP compliant facility preferred

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
Schedule
The ideal candidate will be available to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
