About the role

The Facilities Manager oversees all aspects of facility maintenance and operations, ensuring that the environment is safe, efficient, and conducive to productivity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility maintenance tasks including cleaning, repairs, and upgrades
• Manage a team of facility technicians and contractors
• Develop and implement facility improvement plans
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain a healthy work environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facility management
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
