About the role
The Facilities Manager oversees all aspects of facility maintenance and operations, ensuring that the environment is safe, efficient, and conducive to productivity.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facility maintenance tasks including cleaning, repairs, and upgrades
- Manage a team of facility technicians and contractors
- Develop and implement facility improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain a healthy work environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facility management
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
