About the role
The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s physical infrastructure, including maintenance, safety, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair company facilities to ensure they are safe and operational.
- Ensure all facilities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Manage and train staff in facility maintenance and safety protocols.
- Develop and implement energy conservation strategies.
- Oversee emergency response plans and conduct regular drills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facility management.
- Experience in managing teams and leading projects.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety standards.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with facility management software.

Pay
