Facilities Manager

About the role

The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s physical infrastructure, including maintenance, safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair company facilities to ensure they are safe and operational.
• Ensure all facilities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage and train staff in facility maintenance and safety protocols.
• Develop and implement energy conservation strategies.
• Oversee emergency response plans and conduct regular drills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facility management.
• Experience in managing teams and leading projects.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety standards.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with facility management software.
