We need to output HTML fragment only, with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. No filler. We need to parse the posting. First, there is an introductory paragraph about Mavericks Wanted etc. That's like "About the role"? Probably we can treat that as "About the role". It includes description of company, mission, etc. So we can put that in

About the role

with

containing that prose. Then "What You'll Do" is basically responsibilities. So we can have

Responsibilities

with
  • items. The responsibilities are broken into subheadings: Multi-Site Leadership & Site Coordinator Management, Executive Headquarters & Executive Assistant Support, Workplace Operations & Employee Experience, Vendor, Budget & Administrative Management, Events, Projects & Cross-Functional Coordination, Safety, Security & Business Continuity. Those are sub-sections but we can just list each bullet as a list item; but we need to preserve all substantive info. Could keep subheadings as inside
  • or separate

    ? The instruction: Use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. So we can treat each responsibility bullet as

    • with maybe internal headings as . That's okay. Then "Where You'll Work" is just "This is an in person role". That's maybe part of Requirements? Could be a note about location. Could be included in Requirements or maybe as a separate section? There's no explicit heading for location; we could incorporate into Requirements as a note. Then "Who You Are" includes Required and Preferred experience. That's qualifications/skills. We can split: Required as Requirements, Preferred as Qualifications or Skills. The instruction: Use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. We have Required: 7+ years experience etc. That's qualifications/requirements. Preferred: Experience in biotech etc. That's also qualifications/preferred. We also have skills: proficiency with Microsoft 365 etc. That's skills. We also have benefits: At BridgeBio, we strive to provide a market-competitive total rewards package... then list benefits. So we need Benefits section. Pay: Salary $130,000 - $170,000 USD. So Pay section. Schedule: Not explicitly mentioned; there is no schedule info. So we should NOT create Schedule section. We also need to avoid boilerplate like EEO etc. The posting includes some generic statements about benefits etc. We need to keep substantive benefit details. We must not repeat job title as heading. The title is "Office Manager, Multi-Site & Executive Operations". Not to be used as heading. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; none present. We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting includes some generic benefit description but not obviously boilerplate. We'll keep the benefit list. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's extract sections. About the role: The initial paragraph up to "What You'll Do". Let's capture: "Mavericks Wanted When was the last time you achieved the impossible? If that thought feels overwhelming, you might want to pause here, but if it sparks excitement...read on In 2015, we pioneered a “moneyball for biotech” approach, pooling projects and promising early-stage research from academia together under one financial umbrella to reduce risk and unleash innovation. This model allows science and small teams of experts to lead the way. We build bridges to groundbreaking advancements in rare disease, and develop life-changing medicines for patients with unmet needs as fast as humanly possible. Together we define white space, push boundaries, and empower people to solve problems. If you're someone who defies convention, join us and work alongside some of the most respected minds in the industry. Together, we'll ask "why not?" and help reengineer the future of biopharma. At BridgeBio, we value curiosity and experimentation—including the ethical & thoughtful use of AI to improve clarity, speed, and quality of work." That's the about. Now Responsibilities: The bullet list under "What You'll Do" includes subheadings. We'll produce
        with
      • items; each subheading could be inside
      • . Let's list each bullet: Multi-Site Leadership & Site Coordinator Management - Directly manage, coach, and develop site coordinators supporting 1800 Owens Street, 3160 Porter Drive, 1201 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, MBC Bio, and 1801 Page Mill Road. - Set clear operating standards, service expectations, schedules, coverage plans, escalation paths, and performance goals across all locations. - Lead regular one-on-one and team meetings; provide training, feedback, recognition, and performance management; identify staffing and development needs. - Create resilient coverage for absences, high-volume periods, executive visits, events, emergencies, and special projects. - Conduct routine site reviews and ensure consistent execution while allowing for building-specific requirements and local business needs. Safety, Security & Business Continuity - Partner with EH&S, Security, building management, and site leadership to maintain Emergency Action Plans, emergency contacts, floor warden programs, drills, and site-specific response procedures. - Support safe work practices, incident documentation, ergonomics, access control, visitor protocols, and compliance with company and building requirements. - Ensure site coordinators understand emergency roles, escalation expectations, and continuity plans; maintain current training and documentation. - Participate in urgent response and after-hours coordination when significant workplace, security, weather, or building issues affect operations. Now Requirements: The "Who You Are Required" bullet list. Required: - 7+ years of progressive experience in office management, workplace operations, facilities coordination, hospitality, executive services, or a related field. - 3+ years of direct people-management experience, including coaching, performance management, scheduling, and team development. - Demonstrated success leading operations across multiple offices, buildings, or regions in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. - Experience partnering closely with Executive Assistants and senior executives, with a record of discretion, composure, and high-touch service. - Strong vendor, budget, invoice, purchase order, project, and event-management capabilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication, prioritization, judgment, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and workplace ticketing, scheduling, project-tracking, or reporting platforms; ability to learn new systems quickly. - Ability to work onsite primarily in Palo Alto, travel among supported locations, adjust hours for critical events or incidents, and participate in an on-call escalation structure as needed. Now Preferred: "Preferred Experience in biotechnology, life sciences, healthcare, technology, or another highly regulated and rapidly changing industry. Experience supporting laboratory-adjacent workplaces or partnering with EH&S and regulated site teams. Experience with ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Workday, badge/access-control platforms, visitor systems, and/or workplace management tools. Formal training in facilities, hospitality, project management, emergency preparedness, or people leadership." We could put Preferred under Qualifications or Skills. The instruction includes Qualifications and Skills headings. We could treat Required as Requirements, Preferred as Qualifications, and the specific skill proficiencies as Skills. However the Required already includes some skill items (proficiency with Microsoft 365 etc). Might be overlapping. Better: Use Requirements for the required experience bullets. Use Qualifications for the preferred experience bullets. Use Skills for the technical proficiencies (Microsoft 365, ServiceNow etc). But the Required also includes "Excellent written and verbal communication..." which is a skill. Could also go under Skills. However we need to avoid duplication. The instruction: "Use
        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose." It doesn't forbid overlapping categories; but we should aim to not repeat same info. We could split: Requirements: experience years etc. Qualifications: preferred industry experience etc. Skills: technical proficiencies and soft skills. Let's extract: Skills (from Required): - Excellent written and verbal communication, prioritization, judgment, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and workplace ticketing, scheduling, project-tracking, or reporting platforms; ability to learn new systems quickly. Also from Preferred we have experience with ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Workday, badge/access-control platforms, visitor systems, and/or workplace management tools. That's also skill. Also Formal training in facilities, hospitality, project management, emergency preparedness, or people leadership could be qualification or skill. We could combine all skill-related items under Skills. But we need to preserve all info; we can list them under Skills. Now Benefits: The posting includes: "At BridgeBio, we strive to provide a market-competitive total rewards package, including base pay, an annual performance bonus,
