Maintain, Design and Development of Plant Facilities

Oversees the maintenance, design, and development of plant facilities, including the formulation of operating rules, regulations, and procedures.

Oversee Security Functions

Oversees security functions for the company's facilities, works with Federal and State agencies, security teams, and property management companies to ensure a safe, well-maintained, and secure facility.

Technical Knowledge

• Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC and boilers/chillers

Create Procedures for Emergencies

Creates and updates procedures for use in event of accidents, fires, or other emergencies.

Facility Inspections

Inspects plant facilities or reviews inspection reports to determine repairs, replacements, or improvements required.

Architectural Drawings and Blueprints

Must be able to analyze architectural drawings and blueprints.
