Facilities Manager – Keep Our LA Offices welcoming and Safe Company: All Seniors Foundation Location: Los Angeles, CA About Us All Seniors Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit committed to improving the quality of life for older adults across Los Angeles County. we provide medical care, in-home support, hospice and palliative care, cancer navigation, and 200+ other free services to qualifying seniors. Every service is delivered at no cost, regardless of insurance status. Role Overview As Facilities Manager, you will manage our physical office spaces across LA: lease coordination, vendor management, safety/security, ergonomics, and day-to-day maintenance. You will ensure our staff and visitors have welcoming, safe, productive spaces. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations including supplies, vendor visits, and maintenanceCoordinate with landlords on lease, repairs, and improvementsMaintain emergency preparedness (evacuation plans, first aid, AED maintenance)Oversee security, access controls, and visitor managementManage budget for facilities, supplies, and minor capital improvementsCoordinate moves, build-outs, and ergonomic improvements Qualifications 3+ years facilities, office management, or operations experienceStrong vendor and project-management skillsFamiliarity with OSHA, ADA, and emergency-preparedness standardsBilingual ability a plus (Spanish, Korean)High school diploma; bachelor’s preferred What We Offer Competitive salary ($55,000–$80,000)Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k)Professional development for IFMA, BOMA trainingHands-on role with daily problem-solvingMission-driven team supporting front-line care How To Apply Submit your application through the form on this page.
