Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee daily administrative functions for the organization’s real estate operations.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and administrative standards that improve operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate administrative workflows and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure exceptional internal customer service.
  • Aid EVP with maintaining resources and contacts for critical services to support successful management of adverse events.
  • Oversee and direct project management process for real estate & facilities management projects.
  • Update and maintain facilities management and real estate information in the organization’s facilities management technology platform (TELS).
  • Manage facility maintenance contracts.
  • Oversee records management programs.
  • Ensure compliance with document retention policies.
  • Manage physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Support enterprise information governance initiatives.
  • Cook up with secure records disposal.
  • Assist with contract administration and renewals.
  • Negotiate service agreements within delegated authority.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations within delegated authority.
  • Maintain administrative policies and procedures.
  • Promote the image and reputation of the System by exhibiting servant leadership and providing direct and open lines of communication.
  • Contribute to the work of committees, workgroups, project management, and other collaborative efforts of the System.
  • Perform other duties as necessary to ensure the success of the System.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Management, Organizational Leadership, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible administrative management experience
  • Three (3) years of supervisory or management experience
  • Experience managing multiple administrative functions
