Compensation: $200,000 – $260,000 annually
About the role
This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Real Estate & Construction environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing facilities management team
- Oversee administration of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Conduct facility condition inspections and maintain financial records
- Collaborate with Account Directors to enhance client support and integration
- Monitor vendor performance against service agreements
- Interface with clients at regional properties to ensure service delivery
- Implement initiatives for continuous client satisfaction and service improvement
- Support capital budget management and strategic project execution
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in facilities management, including 2+ years in a director role
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Expertise in facilities maintenance, operations, HVAC systems, and building energy management
- Proven experience managing large-scale facilities operations across multiple sites
- Strong vendor management and contract administration skills
- Experience in capital planning and executing capital projects
- Exceptional customer service skills with a strong ability to maintain client relationships
