Facilities Management Coordinator

Provides administrative support to a department and/or Manager at HCA Florida Westside Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare, the nation’s leading provider of healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Performs diversified clerical duties for Management and Staff of both Plant Operations and Environmental Services.
• Provides administrative support including document preparation and record management.
• Coordinates communication flow within the team and the department via telephone, email, and intranet.
• Maintains supplies and equipment to meet team needs.
• Displays extraordinary customer service skills in person, telephone, and written communications.
• Projects a professional company image through in-person and telephone interaction.

Requirements

• One to three years of clerical experience.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent preferred.
• Teamwork and organizational skills are essential.
