Facilities Maintenance Team Leader- Line Move

About the role

You will lead the Internal Line Move team through projects involving machine moves, electrical infrastructure, plumbing infrastructure, ventilation, and other line-move supporting activities.

You will collaborate with the Plant Layout team to execute special projects such as new-equipment installation, equipment relocation, equipment removal, and industrial electrical/plumbing work.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee machine moves, infrastructure upgrades, and ventilation changes
• Coordinate new-equipment installs, relocations, and removals
• Perform cost-internalization tracking and prepare budgetary quotes
• Conduct project-feasibility studies and build project schedules
• Log PM data for heavy equipment and rigging equipment

Requirements

• Basic Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience working with engineering layout drawings
• Ability to utilize reference materials effectively
