Responsibilities
- Review and manage project planning, budgets, schedules, and deadlines
- Support several departments, including Production, Maintenance, Warehouse/Shipping
- Manage and analyze projects, contractors, and establish critical objectives
- Coordinate and carry out all required local and state inspections for the fire system & pressure vessels
- Manage all aspects of the plant's fire protection systems
- Manage the plant's inclement weather response, such as snow removal, storm damage, and maintaining severe weather supplies like ice melt, shovels, etc.
- Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders, contractors, and department Managers
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Plan and forecast capital improvement projects with a 5-year plan
- Apply WCM tools to projects and processes to improve quality, reduce defects, as well as improving costs
- Report all EH&S incidents-injuries/recordables, near misses, first aid, environmental and property/equipment damage
- Adhere to waste management and recycling responsibilities
- Handle all the plant's facilities-related concerns put into the 4orms system
- Manage the plant's pest control
Qualifications
- 2 + year degree in a technical field preferred, and/or (3-5 years of equivalent experience in facilities maintenance planning)
- 3+ years of Supervisory experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Advanced computer skills with proficiency in the use of MS Office (familiarity with Kronos and SAP a plus)
- Proven ability in problem analysis and resolution
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proven project management experience required
- Ability to manage all aspects of facility repair/upgrade projects with multiple contractors simultaneously
Skills
- Technical skills and knowledge of the process/facility maintenance
- Strong capabilities in areas of planning, scheduling, organizing, follow-up and cost control

Pay
The national pay range for this position is [$81,500-$126,500] per year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is [10%] of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The total target cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position is [$89,650 to $139,150].
