Facilities Maintenance Manager

Position Overview

The Facilities Maintenance Manager oversees warehouse maintenance operations, providing technical expertise on MHE systems, building systems, and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance activities, attend operational and compliance meetings, and communicate initiatives.
• Manage budgets, rentals, purchases, and capital improvements.
• Supervise maintenance staff, including technicians for MHE, building, refrigeration, and batteries, and evaluate performance.
• Oversee external vendors, contractors, and outsourced manufacturers working on-site.
• Provide technical support for MHE operations, manage preventive maintenance, and oversee fleet inspections.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to resolve operational issues and develop action plans.
• Monitor department work and purchase orders, review metrics, and manage CMMS usage.
• Assist in budget management, procurement, and asset replacement planning.
• Support new business analysis through maintenance and equipment cost estimates.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Management, or a High School diploma with relevant experience.
• 5-7 years of facilities management experience with a focus on MHE and building systems.
• Knowledge of CMMS systems, maintenance procedures, and budget management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills.
