About the role

The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all company facilities, ensuring they are safe and operational at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily facility maintenance tasks including cleaning, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Manage vendor contracts and ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests and coordinate with external contractors as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management or maintenance.
  • Proficient in using maintenance software and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor and stand for extended periods.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment.
  • Experience with project management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks.

Pay

$X per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
