About the role
The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all company facilities, ensuring they are safe and operational at all times.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facility maintenance tasks including cleaning, repairs, and upgrades.
- Manage vendor contracts and ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and coordinate with external contractors as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management or maintenance.
- Proficient in using maintenance software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and stand for extended periods.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment.
- Experience with project management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks.

Pay

Schedule
