About the role

Keep things running and looking great as part of RDO Equipment Co.’s Facilities Maintenance team. You’ll ensure our dealership provides a clean, safe, and professional environment for customers and team members while coordinating projects, vendors, and daily operations.

Pay

$18 - $24 / hour, plus a competitive profit-sharing program.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility appearance: Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Inspect and address maintenance needs: Perform routine inspections and coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors: Work with contractors and suppliers to support facility projects and maintain supplies.
• Support a safe workplace: Ensure the dealership meets company safety and appearance standards.
