Facilities Maintenance

We're looking for a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to support our Regional Headquarters and surrounding branch locations. Responsibilities

• Performing preventative and corrective maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, painting, structural repairs, and grounds maintenance
• Monitoring services provided by vendors, including housekeeping, landscaping, security, pest control, and HVAC contractors
• Coordinating and assisting with incoming and outgoing shipments and deliveries
• Supporting building security operations, including ID badge creation and access control management
• Setting up meeting rooms and event spaces to meet business needs
• Maintaining inventory levels and stock reports
• Assisting with unloading deliveries and maintaining clean, safe grounds
• Obtaining maintenance supplies from local vendors as needed
• Coordinating transportation of company vehicles for repairs and maintenance
• Responding to facility issues and emergencies in a timely manner

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 4-6 years of building maintenance, construction, facilities maintenance, or related experience
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and respond to urgent facility needs
• Technical training or certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing
• Experience working with vendors and contractors
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
