Facilities Maintenance

About the role

OSG is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Associate to work onsite at our Carol Stream, IL location.

Responsibilities

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience
• Basic knowledge of plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Basic electrical knowledge
• HVAC Knowledge is a plus
• Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, bend, and perform repetitive motions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
• Follows safety procedures and reports hazards or unsafe conditions
• Absolutely ensures all cleaning tools and equipment are properly maintained
• Assists with basic maintenance (changing light bulbs, minor wall repairs, etc.)
• Works with other facilities staff, contractors, and vendors
• Performs general cleaning and janitorial duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
• The position is Monday through Friday and requires working 4 hours on Saturdays
• The ability to work overtime when required is a must

Pay

Pay range: $18.00 – $21.00
