Facilities Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance, repairs, and installations on electrical wiring, devices, and fixtures.
• Maintain and repair plumbing systems, pipes, and related equipment.
• Service refrigeration units to ensure optimal performance.
• Install, maintain, and repair door locking systems and access controls.
• Maintain fire and security system equipment, including video cameras and alarm systems.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, and security systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair various mechanical and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with fire and sprinkler systems maintenance.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
