Facilities Maintenance and Transportation Manager

About the role

Arkansas Early Learning (AEL) is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving vulnerable children and families in Arkansas. We provide free childcare and pre-K programs, along with various child and family support services.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and supervise quality programs in the Agency's service area.
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations relating to Transportation, Maintenance, Facilities, and Safety.
• Assist in creating a supportive environment for children and families.
• Drive vehicles as part of the transportation services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business or a related field.
• 1-3 years of prior job-related experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to operate various types of vehicles including full-size pickup and vans.

Qualifications

• Regularly required to talk or hear.
• Frequent standing, walking, sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 30 pounds, and occasionally moving up to 50 pounds.

$62,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
