- Perform snow and ice control and basic exterior upkeep of walkways, entrances, and common areas
- Operate and care for landscaping equipment safely and effectively
- Follow safety and environmental standards
- Support setup for special events as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean, safe, and attractive environment
