Facilities Floor Technician Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Regular use of medium to heavy equipment such as floor buffers, carpet cleaner, auto floor scrubbers and other hands on equipment.
• Tile and Grout cleaning
• Performing deep clean services
• Stripping & Refinishing VCT floors to rid of damaged floor finish and reapply
• Keeping supplies and equipment organized and well stocked
• Maintaining cleanliness of company vehicles
• Commercial window cleaning
• Post-construction clean up
• Pressure washing

Pay

Competitive Compensation: Hourly Wage: Starting at $19.00 per hour, depending on your location and experience. Ranging between $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
