Facilities Engineer (Multiple Levels)

About the role

We are seeking a Controls Engineer to lead the planning, design, and implementation of building control systems, including upgrading existing infrastructure and installing new systems.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical systems and develop schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Select materials and ensure controls architecture consistency across sites.
• Manage Building Management Systems (BMS) / Building Automation Systems (BAS).
• Support mechanical and electrical systems.
• Lead technology upgrades to improve efficiency and sustainability.
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and external customers.
• Lead meetings and negotiations to meet site needs while minimizing operational risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Controls, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 + years of experience in controls, project management, or facilities.
