Facilities Custodian - Part Time

About the role

The Facilities Custodian ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at a designated location, maintaining facilities to meet health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing
• Manage trash and recycling
• Restock supplies
• Maintain facility security
• Identify maintenance issues
• Follow safety protocols
• Set up spaces for events
• Secure the premises after hours

Requirements

• Over 2 years of custodial experience
• Ability to work independently
• Attention to detail
• Reliable transportation
• Valid WI driver’s license

Physical demands

• Lifting up to 50 pounds
• Standing for extended periods

Work environment

Moderate noise. Accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.

Monday through Friday, 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM
