Facilities Custodian (Part Time)

Responsibilities

• Cleaning floors, carpets, walls, glass, and surfaces
• Disposing of trash
• Moving and arranging furniture for cleaning
• Sanitizing surfaces
• Washing walls and windows
• Performing floor stripping, scrubbing, buffing, and refinishing
• Completing assigned tasks following all safety and environmental guidelines

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred
• Ability to perform essential cleaning functions independently and as part of a team
• Exhibits professionalism and initiative

• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following procedures
• Seek out areas needing attention
• Complete tasks efficiently
• Adhere to all regulatory standards
