Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for vendor and contractor scheduling
- Track and manage work orders through completion using a facilities ticketing system
- Auxiliary space planning, moves, adds, and changes
- Maintain compliance with safety, fire, and building code requirements
- Support setup and breakdown for internal meetings and events
- Order and manage inventory of facilities and office supplies
- Auxiliary budget tracking for facilities-related expenses
- Conduct routine walk-throughs to identify repair or cleaning needs
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in facilities, property management, or office operations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable communicating with vendors, contractors, and building staff
- Working knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing basics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and facilities or ticketing software
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move around the facility throughout the day
- High school diploma required, associate degree preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional local errands
- Flexibility to respond to urgent facility issues as they arise
