About the role
The Facilities Assistant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office space. This includes cleaning common areas, restocking supplies, and ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space
- Clean common areas daily
- Restock supplies as needed
- Ensure all equipment is functioning properly
- Handle basic maintenance tasks as directed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in office management or similar field preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail
