Facilities Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the office by helping maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment.
  • Monitor conference rooms, kitchens, copy centers, and other common areas to ensure they are fully stocked and functioning properly.
  • Order, organize, and maintain office and kitchen supplies and inventory.
  • Cook with vendors, building management, and service providers for routine maintenance, repairs, and office services.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service while supporting attorneys, staff, and clients with day-to-day office needs.
  • Perform additional administrative and facilities-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of facilities, office services, or administrative experience (law firm or professional services experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with facilities management or ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Able to occasionally work overtime as needed.
