About the role
The Facilities and Operations Support Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining the operational efficiency and cleanliness of the facility. This includes managing daily tasks such as cleaning, maintenance, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the facility
- Manage daily cleaning tasks including floors, restrooms, and common areas
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and facilities
- Respond to and address customer inquiries and requests
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required)
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic computer literacy
- Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks
