About the role

The Facilities and Operations Support Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining the operational efficiency and cleanliness of the facility. This includes managing daily tasks such as cleaning, maintenance, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the facility
  • Manage daily cleaning tasks including floors, restrooms, and common areas
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and facilities
  • Respond to and address customer inquiries and requests
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar support role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required)

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks
