About the role

Deceuninck North America is a fully integrated design, compounding, tooling, and PVC extrusion company that produces energy-efficient vinyl window and door systems for the building, remodeling and construction industry.

Responsibilities

As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to produce high-quality products and contribute to our growth. Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new product designs.
• Support the production process by ensuring quality control standards are met.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the PVC industry or similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

While not required, candidates with the following qualifications are preferred:

• Experience with energy-efficient window and door systems.
• Knowledge of PVC processing and manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of environmental sustainability and its impact on the industry.
