About the role
The Facilities and Grounds Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s facilities and grounds maintenance including landscaping, cleaning, and repairs.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the appearance of the company’s facilities and grounds through regular landscaping and cleaning activities.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all company-owned equipment and structures.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding safety and environmental standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness in facility management.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in facilities management or grounds maintenance.
- Proficient in using landscaping tools and equipment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working at heights.
Skills
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques and materials.
- Experience with landscaping software and tools.
- Understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.

Pay
- $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
