About the role
The Facility Ambassador will provide comprehensive support to the Site and/or Facility Manager with operational activities including maintenance and operations, accounting and finance, vendor oversight, equipment and supplies, and occupancy services. This role proactively develops and maintains client relationships while ensuring expected service levels are achieved. You will have oversight of 1 class-A office building in Mesa, Arizona, serving as the primary point of contact for all employee inquiries, issues, and service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all client employee inquiries, managing ticket requests, troubleshooting issues, and gathering feedback through the CMMS system
- Conduct routine walkthroughs and assessments to ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing
- Coordinate and manage 3rd party vendor performance, including tracking work order completion, validating invoices, and communicating unresolved items
- Execute Ambassador services consistent with SLAs, standard processes, and professional brand image while ensuring compliance with local regulations
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure alignment with client goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Assist with budgetary requests, financial analysis, procurement of vendors and services, and cost savings initiatives
- Provide coordination and support for events, meetings, and conference facilities as required
- Act as onsite support point of contact in case of emergencies or after-hours calls
- Support JLL Management, Operations, and Financial audits while ensuring compliance with safety procedures and State, County, or City Ordinances
- Manage building access passes, reception and guest support, mail and courier services, and office supplies maintenance
Requirements
- 1-3 years minimum prior relevant experience in hospitality within an office class-A building environment, vendor management, or facility/property management
- Work order ticketing experience with proficiency in CMMS systems
- Strong computer knowledge base with advanced technical proficiency
- Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a demonstrated passion for service excellence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate professionally with all stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills and process management capabilities
- Ability to work independently with strong prioritization and time management skills

Location and Schedule
This is a full-time, in-office position located in Mesa, Arizona, with a Monday to Friday, morning shift schedule.
