About the role
The Facilities Technician is responsible for executing processes and procedures of the Facilities and property at our headquarters in Plano, TX.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, furniture, fixtures, and effects, including:
- Shipping and receiving
- Building Maintenance
- Supply Room / Office Supplies
- Landscaping
- Event Support
- Breakrooms
- Company Vehicles
- Resolve facilities issues of moderate complexity.
- Plan and execute tasks with minimal direction.
- Work as part of a team to ensure daily facilities functions are accomplished.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with vendors, visitors, and employees at all levels of the organization.
- Bend, Stoop, Reach, Lift 50 pounds
Qualifications
- 1+ years' experience in an office environment.
- Basic understanding of MEP, FF&E.
- Ability to analyze problems and create appropriate courses of action.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a high degree of versatility.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, particularly Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with standard office equipment.
