About the role

Responsibilities
- Coordinates and facilitates Child and Family Team meetings to develop individualized service plans.
- Manages case coordination and service delivery, ensuring alignment with formal and informal resources.
- Engages and supports clients within the program framework, maintaining professional boundaries.
- Effectively manages a flexible schedule, completing required documentation within specified timeframes.
- If applicable, monitors Child and Family Plan expenses and budgets, and acts as a liaison between the program and external agencies.
- Works collaboratively with agency/school staff to coordinate service delivery to Child and Family Teams.
- Provides crisis stabilization and management during disruptions and crisis situations.
- Participates in the After Hours On-Call system as directed by the Executive Director.
- Maintains compliance with Agency service percentage standards.
Requirements
- Completion of a Bachelors’ degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field of behavioral science and two years of experience in a mental health or social services setting.
- Completion of a clinical program with a Masters' degree, or current intern registration issued by an appropriate state agency.
- Experience in crisis intervention and stabilization.
- Basic knowledge of modern management practices and techniques, with the ability to supervise and coach other staff.
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license, personal auto insurance, and meeting Agency's Motor Vehicle Operating Standards.
- Physical and mental fitness meeting Agency's Personnel Policy: Physical Fitness Standards and Examinations.
- Willingness to complete TB test, drug screening, personal background investigation, First Aid and CPR certifications.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules according to operational needs.
- Ability to work in a culturally integrated workplace and respect human differences based on protected classes.

Pay and Schedule
Pay Range: $27.09 per hour - $37.25 per hour (actual salary dependent on verification of applicable experience).
Additional $1.00 - $3.00 per hour for Education.
Additional $1.92 per hour for Bilingual in Spanish.
Flexible community-based schedules are offered.
