Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in human services related fields, as defined by Texas Administrative Code.
- Must complete the Wrapround Training series.
- Experience in the provision of home and community-based services.
- CPR/First Aid Certification.
- Behavior Management (MANDT) Certification.
- Proficient with computers and Office 365; experience using an electronic health record (EHR) system is a plus.
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
- Bi-Lingual/Spanish Speaking is a plus.
Summary of Position
The Wraparound Facilitator will work with families of children with serious emotional disturbances by facilitating a planning process that is family centered, community-oriented, strengths-based and highly individualized. Services may be provided in the participant’s home or appropriate community setting. The Facilitator will deliver intensive case management targeted at increasing the youth’s natural supports and strengths, fostering resilience and recovery. The Facilitator will receive training in service provision, as well as weekly supervision, and will learn a great deal about community resources, networking, mental health, and more.
