Facilitator / Mental Health Qualified Professional
Your Role in Our Mission
You will build and lead the Child and Family Team (CFT) to support youth on a mission to stay “at home, in school, and out of trouble.” You will coordinate team activities to achieve this goal while providing direct support and education to families and team members.
You will embody the Wraparound philosophy of “Whatever it takes” to meet the unique needs of youth and families, driving meaningful, lasting success.
