Facilitator

The Role

As a facilitator, you’ll:

• Coach and prep clients over ~3-4 weeks.
• Lead a 90-minute virtual session with 30+ participants.
• Represent your own brand while delivering the PopUpThinkTank experience.
• Stay connected with a collaborative, supportive facilitator community.

This is work you can layer alongside your current business—expanding your reach, network, and opportunities without sacrificing your own brand. You Might Be a Fit If You Are:

• An independent consultant or coach (with a website).
• Skilled in facilitation and communication.
• Already showing up to and for your network.
• Experienced or curious about making Zoom meetings engaging.
• Able to engage diverse groups with warmth and clarity.
• Familiar with innovation, product, or community-building processes.
• Able to work independently and remotely (Zoom + Google Suite ready).
• Care about the future of work.

Every facilitator completes our hands-on training—an experiential, gateway process that includes getting a PopUpThinkTank session for your own business or brand.
