Job Description Facilitate in-person and virtual job readiness and other program-related workshops for customers, clients and participantsParticipate in off-site program orientations as neededManage workshop sign-up and sign-in processTrack workshop attendanceCreate monthly workshop calendarCoordinate workshops with program and community partners as neededRecommend workshop content, including improvementsParticipate in workshop content development as neededWork with project leadership to evaluate the success of job readiness and other program-related workshopsFacilitate assigned staff trainingOther duties as assigned Qualifications High School diploma, GED, or High School EquivalencyAssociate degree from an accredited college or university preferredDemonstrated ability to train and instruct in a group settingMust have experience using videoconferencing systems (i.e. Webex, Zoom, etc.)Strong computer skillsStrong verbal communication and customer service skillsBilingual a plus Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
