Facilitator
Responsibilities
- Assisting students and instructors by operating classroom equipment that is essential to the delivery of IVC classes.
- Maintain confidentiality of student and co-worker information.
- Professional and effective communication is required and expected.
- Distributing and collecting classroom materials, proctoring exams and quizzes and maintaining a proper, quiet learning environment.
- Maintain accurate class rolls and classroom materials records.
- Act as liaison between students, University instructors and University administrators and staff.
- Other duties as assigned.

Pay
$12.00 an hour.
Schedule
Hours are scheduled according to the interactive video conference (IVC) class schedule, plus 15 minutes before any class time. Hours will be up to 19 hours per week and will change with each semester.

ADA Information
Employees work primarily indoors and are protected from weather and/or contaminants, but not, necessarily, occasional temperature changes. Duties require prolonged periods of sitting, frequent use of a computer and repetitive hand motions, and the ability to communicate effectively and interpret social and interpersonal cues in a classroom environment. Employees must be able to move promptly between campus locations as needed to support scheduled class activities. This position involves little to no lifting, with occasional handling of lightweight (up to 10 lbs) materials.
