Responsibilities

  • Ensure a positive experience for new hires during orientation week.
  • Facilitate both in-person and virtual orientation sessions to introduce new associates to company culture, values, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide training on specific tools or software required for new employees.
  • Offer exceptional service and go above and beyond to ensure new hires are fully satisfied with their onboarding experience.
  • Conduct an outdoor community tour to provide a high-level walkthrough of the business cycle.
  • Partner with the onboarding coordinator to handle all logistical details prior to associate arrival.
  • Be a point of contact for post-orientation questions.
  • Understand adult learning principles and learning styles.
  • Be fully versed in Lennar culture and values to educate new hires.
  • Develop and facilitate trainings as centralized training capabilities are established.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience facilitating large in-person training, specifically in a corporate setting.
  • Bachelor's Degree (Industrial Psychology, HR, Education, Business) strongly preferred.
  • Strong professional presence (communication both written and spoken).
  • Strong ability to engage well with associates and leaders.
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements

  • Frequent walking, standing, and climbing of stairs in/around homes, models, and properties.
  • Knowledge to operate computer equipment.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Finger dexterity necessary.
