Responsibilities
- Ensure a positive experience for new hires during orientation week.
- Facilitate both in-person and virtual orientation sessions to introduce new associates to company culture, values, policies, and procedures.
- Provide training on specific tools or software required for new employees.
- Offer exceptional service and go above and beyond to ensure new hires are fully satisfied with their onboarding experience.
- Conduct an outdoor community tour to provide a high-level walkthrough of the business cycle.
- Partner with the onboarding coordinator to handle all logistical details prior to associate arrival.
- Be a point of contact for post-orientation questions.
- Understand adult learning principles and learning styles.
- Be fully versed in Lennar culture and values to educate new hires.
- Develop and facilitate trainings as centralized training capabilities are established.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience facilitating large in-person training, specifically in a corporate setting.
- Bachelor's Degree (Industrial Psychology, HR, Education, Business) strongly preferred.
- Strong professional presence (communication both written and spoken).
- Strong ability to engage well with associates and leaders.
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization.
Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements
- Frequent walking, standing, and climbing of stairs in/around homes, models, and properties.
- Knowledge to operate computer equipment.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Finger dexterity necessary.
