Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Facebook & Meta Marketing Strategies to drive leads, sales, and brand growth.
- Manage and optimize Facebook/Instagram Paid Ad Campaigns.
- Manage Facebook Page, Content Strategy, Audience Engagement & Community Growth.
- Conduct Audience Research, Competitor Analysis, Retargeting & A/B Testing.
- Monitor CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS & Conversion Rate and optimize campaigns.
- Regularly monitor and supervise Page Moderators to ensure timely responses, proper customer communication, and effective page management.
- Regularly follow up with the marketing team, track progress, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Set daily/weekly targets and monitor overall team performance.
- Coordinate with Content, Design & Sales teams for smooth campaign execution.
