Fabricator / Welder

About the role

Are you a skilled Fabricator / Welder looking for a hands-on role where quality and teamwork matter? We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality fabricated and welded components to specification
• Work to agreed build times and processes while maintaining excellent workmanship standards
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and maintain great housekeeping
• Support continuous improvement and contribute to team discussions
• Stay flexible, work across different areas as needed and continually grow your skillset

Requirements

• Strong fabrication and welding skills with a relevant vocational qualification
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand welding symbols
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• A proactive, “can-do” attitude and solid problem-solving skills
• Ability to work to takt/operation times
• Teamwork, reliability, and willingness to multi-skill
• Flexibility to work overtime when required

Up to £17.90 ph DOE
