About the role

Northland Process Piping is a growing Stainless Steel Fabrication Company in Central Minnesota, seeking experienced fabricators/tig welders to work in shop.

Responsibilities

• Perform fabrication tasks using various welding techniques including TIG welding.
• Work in a team environment to meet project deadlines.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in stainless steel fabrication and TIG welding.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Good communication skills to work effectively with team members.
