Responsibilities
- Aid in a variety of tasks across different areas
- Interpret assembly instructions to assemble products
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Inspect finished products for quality in adherence to specifications
- Provide backup support for team members when necessary, ensuring minimal disruption in workflows
- Conduct visual inspections of parts and completed products for defects or damage
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other machining equipment as required
- Work with a team of utility and operators to meet fabrication goals and deadlines
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Absorb and resolve any product-related issues
- Comply with all company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn new tasks and skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Work environment includes exposure to a variety of tools, equipment, and components
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Great work ethic and attendance
- High school diploma or GED required
