Fabrication Utility

Responsibilities

• Aid in a variety of tasks across different areas
• Interpret assembly instructions to assemble products
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Inspect finished products for quality in adherence to specifications
• Provide backup support for team members when necessary, ensuring minimal disruption in workflows
• Conduct visual inspections of parts and completed products for defects or damage
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other machining equipment as required
• Work with a team of utility and operators to meet fabrication goals and deadlines
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Absorb and resolve any product-related issues
• Comply with all company policies and industry regulations

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn new tasks and skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Work environment includes exposure to a variety of tools, equipment, and components
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Great work ethic and attendance
• High school diploma or GED required
