Fabrication Foreman - 2nd Shift

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is a growing company that collects and recycles used cooking oil, operating in 15 states with service to over 28,000 locations.

About the role

This position oversees welders as they manufacture, repair, and maintain carbon steel collection dumpsters, and perform leak tests on welds. All work uses MIG welding with 75/25 shielded gas on Miller 252 machines. Additional tasks include fabricating parts, painting, shearing, cutting, and bending as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily tasks for welders and fabricators
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years MIG welding experience
• Minimum of 5 years Foreman/Manager experience
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Good physical condition and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and drug-free
• High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule

2nd shift: Sunday to Thursday, 4:00 pm to 1:00 am

Pay

$35.00 per hour
