About the role
The Senior QA Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications within an Agile/Scrum environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, and comparable tools
- Validate Salesforce Sales Cloud environments and enterprise integrations
- Implement and execute test plans in accordance with Agile methodologies
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects
- Document test cases and results using defect tracking and test management tools
- Support multi-org Salesforce environments and migrations
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including objects, flows, validation rules, security models, and integrations
- Experience with Salesforce sandbox environments and deployment processes
- Proficiency with SOQL for data validation and troubleshooting
- Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks and the Page Object Model (POM)
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman
- Experience with Java, C#, Python, or similar object-oriented programming languages
- Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs
- Strong SQL and backend data validation skills
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software quality assurance experience
- 8+ years of Salesforce testing experience, including Sales Cloud environments
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams
- Experience validating enterprise integrations and data flows
- Experience with Salesforce sandbox environments and deployment processes
- Proficiency with SOQL for data validation and troubleshooting
- Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and comparable tools
- Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks and the Page Object Model (POM)
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman
- Experience with Java, C#, Python, or similar object-oriented programming languages
