F&B Supervisor - Lobby Lounge (Seasonal)

Responsibilities

• Train new staff and provide ongoing training and development for existing team members.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and minimize waste.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
• Assist management with scheduling, labor controls, and administrative duties.
• Support the Department Manager in developing, implementing, and maintaining service standards.
• Ensure food and beverages are served professionally and on time.
• Oversee setup and maintenance of the department, including side work completion.
• Interact with guests to deliver a positive experience and create WOW moments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, including tasks outside the normal scope based on business needs.

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate computer skills and experience with micros or similar systems.
• Minimum one year of experience in food and beverage operations.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Grasping, holding, sitting, walking, and repetitive motions.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods.

Pay

The base pay scale for this position is $27.00 per hour.
