F&B Service Assistant - Brasserie (All Day Dining)

About the role

The F&B Service Assistant at Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa is responsible for providing exceptional guest service during all-day dining. This includes setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with guests, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Set tables and prepare dining areas for guests.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
• Serve guests promptly and courteously, addressing their needs and preferences.
• Clean and maintain dining areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Follow established protocols and procedures to maintain a professional work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Good communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Knowledge of basic food service operations and safety standards.
