Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership in all tasks needed to carry out service standards, constantly embracing ways to create guests for life.
• Multi-task efficiently while serving multiple guest needs in an organized and innovative manner.
• Maintain awareness of all safety precautions and procedures to ensure a safe atmosphere for guests and employees.
• Ensure products are fresh and of quality.
• Clear tables of dirty dishes, silverware, glassware, and linen.
• Reset tables for new guests.
• Transport food items from the kitchen to the dining room promptly while following all service standards.
• Clean and maintain a hygienic and organized work area.
• Complete all closing duties.
• Perform other tasks as needed or directed.

Requirements

• Past experience preferred but not necessary.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to stand/walk throughout the duration of the shift.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Available to work flexible shifts, including days, weekends, and holidays.
• TABC and Food Handler certification required.
