F&B Outlets Attendant - Reserve

Pay averages $16.32 - $18/hour, dependent on business volume and tips (minimum $16.32/hr). This is a reserve position working up to 20 hours per week (100-999 hours per year).

About the Role

The F&B Outlets Attendant delivers world-class guest service in assigned food and beverage operations at all Outlets locations, including: Biltmore Dairy Bar, Bake Shop, Courtyard Market, Conservatory Café, various satellite Carts, and the food and beverage area at the Concert Series. The role involves working cohesively to keep areas stocked, cleaned, and presented at a high standard for guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly guest service while adhering to all area SOP’s, guidelines, and standards.
• Maintain stocked, well-presented, and clean work areas.
• Ensure product is fresh and stocked at all times.
• Learn and operate the Micros system while maintaining excellent money-handling skills.
• Keep work areas cleaned and sanitized following Health Department guidelines.
• Multitask effectively and work as a team player.
• Follow directions and adhere to policies, including the “FIFO” procedure.

Requirements

• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• High school diploma (or GED).
• One year of previous hospitality, restaurant, retail, and/or guest service experience.
• Solid math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
• Cheerful, caring, and considerate attitude with a genuine desire to deliver world-class service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and strong work ethic.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Work both outdoors and indoors with temperature fluctuations and varying conditions.
• May be exposed to dust, pollen, and other particulates; must work effectively under these conditions.
