Responsibilities

• Prepares the welcome desk and seats allocation.
• Takes the reservations and maintains the reservation book.
• Welcomes Guests and provides best seats available.
• Cleans and tidies the restaurant and prepares it for closing.
• Organizes work to suit fluctuations in numbers, events and guests.
• Ensures the equipment used remains in good condition.
• Upsells private dinning and other events to Guests.
• Provides a friendly and personalized welcome for guests.
• Offers attentive service and adapts to any constraints guests may have.
• Heeds any remarks made by guests and ensures follow-up.
• Establishes good relations with guests, offering advice and fostering Guest loyalty.

Qualifications

• Good command of written and spoken English communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities are essentials.
• Russian or any other international language speaker is a great asset.
• Guest oriented, service minded and attention to quality.
• Sales acumen.

• Creative.
