F&B Eagle Eats Dining Room Attendant FT

Job Summary

The Dining Room Attendant assists the service staff in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of guest dining areas and restaurant beverage stations. This position may also be required to work as a cashier.

Essential Functions

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies.
• Provide proper guest and team member service.
• Wipe tables, set and maintain tables, clean and polish surfaces, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Operate coffee machines, replenish supplies, and assist with errands.
• Greet guests, provide service, and handle issues.
• Transfer food and supplies between venues, and manage security of confidential information.
• Attend and complete required training.
• Maintain accurate records and report transactions.
• Work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Guest service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral.
• Spanish or other language skills a plus.
• Qualified Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas Members and Native American preference.

Physical Demands

Conditions of Employment

• Able to obtain and retain a KTTT Gaming Commission License, including background check.
• Able to provide authorization to work in the United States.
• Able to comply with KLEC handbook, internal policy, and procedures, and gaming regulations.
• Able to travel as required.
